2. Eligible Refunds

- The service was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
- The service has not started within 48 hours of full payment, without valid explanation.
- A duplicate payment was made unintentionally.
3. Ineligible Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for the following situations:
- Services that are partially or fully completed.
- Account bans, suspensions, or penalties resulting from the use of our services.
- A change of mind or dissatisfaction after the order has been placed and accepted.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:
- Email support@propulsearena.com within 7 days of your order date.
- Provide your Order ID and a brief explanation of the reason for your request.
5. Processing Time
- Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method only.
