At Propulse-Arena, we are committed to delivering high-quality services with clear timelines and expectations. All services commence only after full payment is received and all required information is provided (e.g., game login details for boosting or scheduling preferences for coaching).

Estimated Fulfilment Timeframes:

• Boosting Services
  Fulfilled within 1–3 business days, depending on the specific service, order complexity, and current queue volume.
• Pre-leveled Gaming Services
  Fulfilled within 1–5 business days, depending on the specific service, order complexity, and current queue volume.
• Coaching Sessions
  Coaching sessions are scheduled within 24–48 hours after payment and receipt of player preferences.
  • Each coaching package includes a minimum of 1 hour of one-on-one coaching.
  • Additional sessions beyond the initial 1 hour require separate payment.
  • Session timing is arranged based on the availability of our coaching talent, and we aim to accommodate your preferred schedule as best as possible.

• All services are delivered digitally; no physical products will be shipped.
